ICSISNGC-2027 aims to provide a premier international forum for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and practitioners to present original research and innovations in sustainable intelligent systems and next-generation computing. The conference promotes interdisciplinary collaboration addressing global challenges through advances in Artificial Intelligence, IoT, communication systems, cybersecurity, data science, robotics, embedded systems and sustainable engineering.

Author Guidelines

  • Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality research papers that align with the themes of ICSISNGC-2027 through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (Microsoft CMT). All manuscripts must be submitted electronically using the conference submission portal.

  • Authors are advised to carefully follow the submission guidelines and ensure that their manuscripts comply with the prescribed formatting and ethical standards before submission. The papers which are not in the prescribed format will be subjected to rejection without any judgment on its quality.
  • All the final camera ready papers must be submitted in the docand pdf format only
  • All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, innovation, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.

Guidelines for Paper Submission

Manuscripts must be prepared in English using the Springer Conference Proceedings (LNNS) template and should be 8–10 pages in A4 format, including figures, tables, and references. Submissions should be full research papers presenting novel theoretical contributions, experimental results, methodologies, or applications with significant relevance to the conference themes. All submissions must represent original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere for review. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one full (standard) registration, and at least one author is required to present the paper during the conference for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to Springer LNNS publication policies and quality requirements.

Double-Blind Review Policy

Each submission will be reviewed by at least three independent experts. Reviewer and author identities remain anonymous. In case of conflicting recommendations, an additional reviewer decision may be sought.

Manuscript Preparation

  • The manuscript should be prepared in springer format using MS WORD and/or LaTeX
  • The figures/graphs/plots in the manuscript MUST be of good resolution(600 dpi or more), tables MUST NOT be in pictorial format. Text in figures should not be too small, and preferably of equal size as text of the article.
  • Figures, text, or the tables MUST be visible within boundary of the text area of the page and MUST NOT go beyond it.
  • Do NOT use any Social/Academic titles (e.g. , Ms., Dr., Prof. etc) preceding the author names. Do NOT mention the position of a person (e.g., research scholar, student, assistant professor, professor etc.) in the affiliation.
  • Mention full address, affiliation, and email of ALL authors, specifya corresponding author with the corresponding e-mail [Once an article is accepted, the publisher will sendthe proofreading of article to this e-mail].
  • Articles must be written in spell checked and grammatically correct
  • All references, figures, and tables should be numbered in sequence starting from 1 and MUST be duly cited / referred within the text.

  • ICSISNGC 2027 follows Springer Nature and COPE publication ethics. All papers will undergo plagiarism screening. Similarity should normally be below 15% overall with no significant overlap from any single source. Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabricated data, manipulated images and unethical research practices will result in immediate rejection.
  • As per copyright transfer agreement, Authors are deemed to be individually and collectivelyresponsible for the contentof manuscripts published by them. Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards with respect to

Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors, reviewers, and members of the Technical Program Committee (TPC) are expected to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may influence the review or publication process. A conflict of interest may arise due to personal relationships, institutional affiliations, financial interests, research collaborations, or competitive relationships. Reviewers must decline assignments where a conflict exists, and authors should disclose any relevant conflicts at the time of submission. The TPC will ensure that all submissions are reviewed impartially and fairly by independent experts. Failure to disclose a significant conflict of interest may result in rejection of the manuscript or withdrawal of an accepted paper.

By submitting a manuscript to ICSISNGC-2027, the corresponding author certifies that the work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The authors confirm that all co-authors have approved the submission and that appropriate permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material usedin the manuscript. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to complete the Springer Copyright Transfer/License Agreement in accordance with Springer LNNS publication requirements. Any violation of copyright laws or intellectual property rights may result in immediate rejection or withdrawal of the paper.

ICSISNGC-2027 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of research integrity and publication ethics in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and Springer Nature guidelines. Authors must ensure that submitted work is original, accurately reported, and free from fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or inappropriate image manipulation. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools, including generative AI, is permitted only for language editing or improving readability and must not replace human authorship, generate scientific conclusions, fabricate data, create experimental results, or manipulate research findings. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of the submitted manuscript and should disclose the use of AI tools, where applicable. Any violation of research ethics or misuse of AI technologies may lead to rejection of the manuscript and further action as deemed appropriate by the Technical Program Committee.

Scope & Relevance

The manuscript should fall under the scope and allied areas/tracks of the conference. TPC has the full right to consider a paper in scope or out of scope before recommending the paper for reviews.

Simultaneous Submission Policy

Manuscripts under review at ICSISNGC-2027 must not be simultaneously submitted to another conference. We do not encourage authors to go for simultaneous submissions. The TPC takes utmost care while deciding on manuscripts and the decision of TPC will be final if simultaneous submission comes to their knowledge for any manuscript.

Multiple Submission Policy

Authors are discouraged from submitting multiple manuscripts to ICSISNGC-2027. However, if multiple submissions are made by the same author(s) or if a large number of manuscripts are received from the same institution, research laboratory, or organization, the Technical Program Committee (TPC) reserves the right to determine which manuscripts will be considered for review and publication. Such decisions will be based on the originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and the overall balance of the technical program, and will be made on a case-by-case basis.
