Visa Information for International Participants

International delegates, keynote speakers, invited speakers, committee members, and authors requiring a visa to attend ICSISNGC-2027 in India are strongly advised to initiate the visa application process well in advance to ensure timely processing before the conference.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

An official Visa Invitation Letter will be issued upon request to authors of accepted papers, registered delegates, keynote/invited speakers, and conference committee members solely for the purpose of supporting their visa application. Please note that the invitation letter does not constitute a financial guarantee or imply any responsibility on the part of the conference organizers regarding visa approval.

To request a visa invitation letter, please send an email to icsisngc2027@geu.ac.in with the following information:

  • Full name (exactly as it appears on your passport)
  • Passport number
  • Nationality
  • Affiliation (University/Organization)
  • Designation
  • Paper ID and Acceptance Letter (for authors), or Registration Confirmation (for delegates)
  • Proof of Conference Registration Fee Payment
  • Passport validity (should normally be valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of travel)
  • Planned travel dates (if available)

Applying for an Indian Visa

Visa requirements vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and country of resi dence. Participants are advised to check the latest visa requirements through the official Indian visa portal or the nearest Indian Embassy/Consulate in their country. Eligible participants may apply for an Indian e-Visa, while others may require a regular conference or business visa, as applicable.

Delegates are encouraged to apply at least 6–8 weeks before the conference (scheduled for 23rd–24th July 2027) to allow sufficient time for visa processing and any additional documentation that may be required.

  • The conference organizers can provide only an official invitation letter and supporting conference documents upon
  • Visa approval, rejection, or processing time is solely at the discretion of the Government of India and the respective visa
  • Participants are responsible for obtaining a validpassport, visa, travel insurance, accommodation, and meeting all immigration requirements before traveling.
  • The conference organizers shall not be liable for any losses arising from visa de lays, refusals, or travel
